WHAT IS POINT OF SALE FINANCING?

Point of sale financing is when a merchant offers financing to customers as an alternative to a credit or debit card. Much like a consumer financing a car purchase from a dealer, financing is also available for healthcare products and services. Financing makes purchases more affordable to more patients with buy now pay over time payment options.

WHAT FINANCING PRODUCTS ARE ON THE Axis Capital PLATFORM?

Axis offers installment loans, revolving lines of credit (credit cards), no interest promotions and lease-to-own products. Product availability varies by practice or business type.

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTHCARE PRACTICES DO YOU WORK WITH?

Axis provides financing to most traditional and non-traditional practices including chiropractic, cosmetic surgery, dental, hearing, fertility, laser treatments, med spas, men’s health, stem cell and weight loss.

HOW DOES Axis Capital WORK?

Your customers complete one easy application for financing to prequalify for financing offers from our multiple lending partners without it affecting their credit. In real time, your customers are presented with prequalified offers to review before making a selection. When a customer accepts an offer, a hard credit pull is performed to approve the applicant and complete the transaction.
Customers can complete a contactless application on their own device from home, in an office, or in a store.

HOW DO I START USING AXIS TO OFFER MY CUSTOMERS FINANCING?

To become an Axis Capital approved provider, please complete our merchant application. Once submitted, our Provider/Business Success Team will reach out to you to assist you with completing your registration and scheduling a short training so you and your sales team can successfully implement Axis Capitals' financing into your sales process.

WHAT INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE MERCHANT APPLICATION?

As part of the Axis Capital provider underwriting process, our lenders require providers to provide details including Federal Tax ID number, company owner’s social security number, and annual revenue in addition to basic contact information.

Once your application is approved, you’ll be asked to provide bank account details so you can receive direct deposit payments.

HOW DO I GET PAID?

Axis Captals' platform is “direct to merchant” which means once a sale has transacted payment can be initiated. Payments are made directly to a provider's bank account through electronic ACH.

WHAT IS THE Axis Capital PLATFORM?

Axis Care, Axis Build, and Axis Retail  is a technology platform that allows healthcare providers. home improvement, and retail businesses of all kind, to offer financing to their patients/clients/customers so they can purchase products and services and pay for it over time with affordable monthly payments.

DOES AXIS FINANCE CLIENTS DIRECTLY?

No, Axis Capital does not finance the loans in this particular platform. We partner with banks, credit unions and alternative financing companies to provide affordable financing options for borrowers of all credit profiles.

HOW DO I, AS A CONSUMER, APPLY AND WHAT INFORMATION WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE?

Your service provider can send you a link to an application. Some basic personal information such as name, address, mobile number, income and social security number is required.

WILL APPLYING AFFECT MY CREDIT SCORE?

No, initially we use a "Soft Credit Pull" to analyze your credit and generate your offers. Once you select an offer, and submit your full application, then and only then would your credit be pulled.

WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER?

Your Social Security number is used to perform a soft credit inquiry. A soft credit check does not affect your credit score. Should you decide to accept a financing offer, a hard credit inquiry will be performed.

HOW SOON WILL I FIND OUT IF I HAVE PRE-QUALIFIED?

Financing offers are presented as soon as you complete the application. For most applicants, it takes less than 2 minutes to complete the application.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SEE MY LOAN OFFERS?

Once your offers are presented, you can select the one that best fits your needs and finalize your financing. There is no obligation to accept an offer and you can cancel without moving forward.

HOW LONG ARE MY OFFERS GOOD FOR?

Typically, your offer rates and terms are good for 30 days from the date you were approved but this may vary by lender. If you don’t immediately accept an offer, you will be notified of any change in the offers available to you.

WHEN DO I KNOW IF MY LOAN IS APPROVED?

After you have selected your offer and completed the process, you will see a final screen indicating that your loan has been approved. We will also email you a downloadable copy of your loan agreement for your records once your application is approved.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I AM APPROVED?

You can schedule your appointment, start your treatment, begin your project, start your classes, whatever you're using the financing for! When it’s time to make a payment, your service provider will send you a request to authorize payment which will be deducted from your financing.
